Personal information collection
We collect the following information: name, address, postal code, phone number, email address, date of birth, age, sex, credit card number and expiration date, purchasing history, preferred products/services, customer satisfaction information, opinions about products and services.
The main purposes for which we collect personal information are the following: orders, contests, customer satisfaction surveys, warranties, customer relationship management, loyalty programs, marketing, for software requirements, and to manage complaints. We also collect information because it is required by law, to complete a sale/transaction, to be able to offer a return on purchases, and for customer and delivery services.

Although some information is necessary in order to proceed with a transaction (i.e. name, address, postal code, phone number, email, credit card number and expiration date) according to the law on medical devices, you may clearly state that you want your information used only for this purpose.
