OLA Bamboo Inc. reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse any business with a client and/or set a limit of purchase quantity for any item of an order. At any time, it may be necessary for OLA Bamboo Inc. to verify personal information and/or credit card before processing with an order. This is to prevent fraud and use of software piracy.

It is possible that a product becomes unavailable between the moment of your purchase at olabamboo.com and the software notification. In which case, OLA Bamboo Inc. reserves the right to cancel the transaction, and will inform the consumer of the situation. An arrangement can be made between the consumer and OLA Bamboo inc. to postpone the order until the item is in stock.
You can cancel your subscription at any time without any fees. You must cancel your subscription 48h prior to the renewal date. No refund possible.

OLA Bamboo Inc. is not responsible for costs incurred following the receipt of a damaged or defective item.
One year warranty on new products, kept in their original packaging and seal of origin. The warranty begins on shipment date of the product by OLA Bamboo Inc. and ends one year later. Any warranty will be void if the product is opened or used.
Since this is a personal care product, no returns are accepted. If the product is damaged upon receipt by the customer, an agreement may be settled between OLA Bamboo Inc. and the customer through our customer service. However, OLA Bamboo Inc. will not commit to conclude an agreement. OLA Bamboo Inc. is not responsible for costs incurred following the receipt of a damaged or defective item.
In order to track the package, the customer has to choose the tracking shipment option at the time of purchase otherwise the default shipment without a tracking number will apply.
If the tracking option is selected (Express Shipping at extra costs), you will receive an email with your tracking number at the time of shipment. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be redirected automatically to Canada Post website which will give you access to track your package.
